Mrs. Austin was formerly one of Jacksboro’s most popular girls, but for the past few years she has made her home in Tulsa, OK., where she held a very responsible position. Mr. Austin was formerly engaged in the jewelry business here with his uncle, R.H. Austin, but not holds a good position in Dallas where they will make their future home.

Father Laurence Hoyt officiating. This popular young couple needs no introduction to the people of Jack county. Both are well known. Mrs. Myers is the daughter of Mrs. E. Johnson, and was for several years one of the most efficient teachers in the Jacksboro public schools, but for the past few years she has held a very responsible situation with the Wichita Falls schools. Mr. Myers who is well known as a young man of splendid character and a prominent member of the American Legion, now has a position with an oil company in Corsicana. They will make Corsicana their future home.

Wylie officiating. Mr. Stephens was well and favorably know over Jack County. Before his retirement several years ago he was prominent as one of the leading teachers of Jack county. His religious affiliation was with the Baptist church. Survived by wife; 2 sons – E.K. Stephens of Jacksboro and W.W. Stephens of Burkburnett.
