He married a Martha Davis in Hocking Co, Ohio in 1833, I also am looking for a death date on them, and where they are buried. Their Daughter Sarah was married to 1. William Cupp, 2. John Cupp and 3. to Phillip Cupp, I know that she had Children by at least Wm. and Phillip. Any light you can shed on this would be greatly appreciated. Betty Herman

Here is what i have on them: Eliza Hanover Thomas married a second time to a Joseph F. Ratliff and they had James K.P. Ratliff, Gilford (Gip) Ratliff, Josephine (Josie) Ratliff, and Bessie Ratliff, Eliza Hanover Ratliff (Tina), and W.H. Ratliff. They were married on Nov. 6, 1883 in Young Co. TX. Eliza Hanover Thomas died on Oct. 25, 1937 and is buried in Delhart, TX. Some of her grandkids are Arra Bellomy, Eva Bellomy, William Burgess Bellomy jr., Andy, Mary Jane, William, Johnnie all Risenhoover. I have Malinda Jane Thomas in my notes as having married 3 times. First to Bill Ross, then J.B. Wayne, and then George Thompson. I have the first marriage in Tenn. and the rest in TX. Is it true that Melinda was Eliza's sister? That would make them double cousins. Did you know that Eliza Hanover Thomas' parents are David Price Thomas and Talitha Isabel Ingram. He is buried in Young Co. also at Medlan( but I can't find his grave)! and she is buried outside of Burns Flat OK in Page cemetery. I have found someone else on the board who has a Hanover Ingram who I belive is Talitha's sister and she married a Ephraim Huffine. Their parents are supposed to be Garland Ingram and Hannah (Joanna?) Mays or Maiz. I am still trying to get a hold of her, hers goes back further than mine does. Anyway, we have a definite connection and I have more info. I saw Garrett in your surnames and there is a connection there also. Sally Bellomy married a Henry Lenoir and they had a Billye Joyce who married Amos Garrett. e-mail me Rachael [email protected]

Take Highway 380 out of Jacksboro going toward Graham, Texas and about 4 or 5 miles out of Jacksboro there is a sign says Wesley Chapel Cemetery on the left side of the road, turn left there and go to the first road to the left and take it and you will come up to it. Paul Smith
My great grandmother's maiden name was Martha (Mattie) Sevedge. She was born in Texas approximately 1870s, married my great grandfather Charles William Morgan, and bore my grandfather George William Morgan in 1899, in Tyrone, Missouri. This is all of the information I have at this point. Does she fit in with the Sevedges that you have found? Sincerely, Toneata Martocchio-Whitely, JD

Thanks! I'll go dig around in the USGS maps again and see if I can find these landmarks. What I'd really like to have is a picture of the Ratliff headstone, maybe one of the entrance or a sort of view of where the stone is. Looking doubtful I can go this weekend, the next scheduled trip by there is at Christmas. Dan
Could some one give me directions to Wesley Chaple Cemetery? It should be close to Jacksboro. A lot of my Roberts family are buried there. I will be making a trip to Jacksboro, in a month or so. Would like to visit the cemetery, just don't have the slightest idea where it is. Thank you very much Dene Cochran
