Died April 24,1932 in Graham, Texas. He is burried in Oakwood Cemetery in Jacksboro, Texas. He married Isabell Charity Womack on Feb1,1879. She died Dec 13, 1896. She is burried in the Hutchins cemetery north of Jacksboro. They had seven children, Mary Elizabeth. Lydia Jane, Louis, Alice, James Zack, Lucy and Sarah.
