Patrick and Comfort were the children of Robert H. Niel and Elizabeth Crawford. Elizabeth must have died after Patrick and Comfort were born. In the 1860 census, Robert and his children, Patrick and Comfort are living with Robert's parents, Patrick and Comfort. (Why couldn't families be creative and use different names!)Then in 1866 Patrick married Deannah Crawford. (As you can see, there are several spellings for Deannah). I don't know where Deannah is buried, nor Deannah, but Robert and his parents are buried in Pendleton Cemetery in Farmersville, Texas.
