I am answering the roll call. I am still here. Dell came and put on a new CD drive that has been bad since I bought it in Feb. I spent all day yesterday with FTM re: my new Version 11 on Windows XP. They knew what my problem was and said engineers are working on correcting it but didn't know when they would have a new CD out so If you have windows XP may not want to upgrade to 11 just yet. It has been a nightmare for a computer novice.
