Did your father have a soc. sec. #, if so his application should indicate where he was born. The Soc. Sec. Admn is a pain...have had experience with them when our son was disabled. We had to write our Congressman for help. Right after our congressman became involved, we recd notice he would be receiving benefits and we recd a ck not long after that. Do you have all the census for your father since his birth, of course the 1890 would have been nice. Peggy
