Got bit by a snake, too... while I was doing Cheneys.. LOL, will add another post here telling you all about it... but I am fine. No worries! Here are your Cheney and Moudy names from today.. it will be awhile before these go up on the TxGenWeb site but I thought you might want to know what I got now. CHENEY, James Henderson GILLHAM, Elizabeth GILLHAM, J.W. MOUDY, Sarah M. Note: Some of these names were at the far back of the cemetery... in a fenced in area where there are only a few graves.. (and where the snake was). I didn't think to count but I would guess about 7 in the clearing and more were further back in the tangle of ivy-like (with thorns) vegetation.. I didn't want to go in that part after the snake thing... One was caved completely in and I didn't get it because I was worried about the ground giving way under me... it was covered with vegetation or I would have got it anyway... I have made a note and will get it next time, if I am able. If you happen to go out.. here is how to find these... follow the line of the fence in the front to your right... keep going until you see the fence.. there is an enclosed area with your people there. I kept notes of the other names buried within the fenced in part.. but I am not sure I marked off where I began and when I got back out of that area correctly. I will give you that information on my next trip but I would almost bet you money that all of these people are somehow tied together... there are no OTHER areas like that...
