I have never known anything about Dad's side past Lloyd Oliver. As far as I know he died in Mountain Air, New Mexico and Grandma Brunie brought the four kids to Tx. Really thanks for information. I don't know alot about the Rippy's. We know more about the Etheridges. There is another family of Rippy's in the DFW area as my kids have come across a Stephen Rippy on MySpace.com (which was Odie's oldest son name as well but he committed suicide about 3 years ago in Houston.)
