Hart. He is listed in the 1850 Hunt Co. TX census. Right next door are Martin and Hardin Hart, who are described in Hunt Co. genealogy and personal genealogies. Martin and Hardin are the sons of a John Hart but not my John T. Hart. Also puzzling: in the 1850 Hunt Co. census there are four Hart men listed as being from Kentucky: John T b. 1786, Silas b. 1793, Charles b. 1795, and Josiah b. 1795. Since all the Hart families seem to use the names John, Josiah, Silas, David and Thomas over and over it is hard to find who my John is related to! Any help appreciated.

It is my understanding that a Mr. Hart build my farmhouse in the 1870's/80's near the Fairlie Community. Frank.
