My family history states, "The older Wilsons came from Ireland to the USA and settled in Illinois. Jackson Wilson married Mary Hicks in Illinois. They later moved to Hunt County, Texas and settled East of Quinlan in the Mexico community." They had 4 children, one of whom was my grandfather, Fred A. Wilson. Has anyone ever heard of the Mexico community? I can find no record of Jackson Wilson in Illinois or Hunt Co. I believe he died in Hunt Co around 1920, DOB around 1854. Mary Hicks was born around 1851, died 23 Nov 1910 in Hunt Co. Any help solving these riddles is much appreciated. Bill Wilson

Yes, I know the Mexico community. There was a small sign on the Highway that said Mexico, but I think that it is not there now.
