Joe Tillerson Was Initiated Into Phi Eta Sigma One Celeste resident has been initiated into Phi Eta Sigma, national honorary society for university and college freshmen at Texas A&M University, College Station. He is Joe Richard Tillerson, son of Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Tillerson, PO BOX 67, Celeste, Texas. All freshmen students regardless of their curriculum, are eligible for members if they post a grade point ratio of 2.50 or better in all freshman work for one semester or more. Each candidate must have carried an academic load of at least thirteen hours and not have transferred more than twenty hours from another university or college.
