    2. Kyanne
    3. Dear Mr. Armstrong, The first possibility you sent me may be a match as the date of birth (15 Aug 1889) matches and the year 1974 for the death. from SSDI on RootsWeb.com FLORENCE MCNATT 15 Aug 1889 Apr 1974 75401 (Greenville, Hunt, TX) (none specified) 459-06-1779 Although I have no records on her death, another family member said that she died a few years after my grandmother Florell, (her twin sister). Florell passed away in 1970. I am unable to locate any records showing Florence married to a McNatt, other than the one's you have sent me. I did find records for Alvin S. McNatt, married to Idelia LANCASTER [1885 - 1949] in Hunt county, Tx. Do you have any further information about Florence McNatt? I sincerly appreciate your time, and apologize for not including the specifics in my last email. I was so excited to see possible information about Florence Baker (McNatt?), that I probably sent the reply too quickly, I am still very new to researching. Many Thanks again, Kyanne (Nancy K. Carlton/Eastman) Possible matches.... from SSDI on RootsWeb.com FLORENCE MCNATT 15 Aug 1889 Apr 1974 75401 (Greenville, Hunt, TX) (none specified) 459-06-1779 from Texas Death Index on RootsWeb.com Mcnatt Florence W 04-27-1974 HUNT F WIDOWED __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? 3. Dear Mr. Armstrong, I cannot thank you enough for responding to my query, The DOB matches my Grandmothers sister exactly and also the DOD year. I have wondered for more than 30 years about my grandmothers family and this twin sister, Florence. A few months ago, my daughter purchased a subscribtion to Ancestry for me and I was able to find her in Hunt County, Texas but could never find her married name. The information you sent to me certainly fits the few facts I have about Florence and I will continue the research on the Mcnatt name to confirm if this is indeed my Grand Aunt Florence. GOd Bless you Mr. Armstrong, you have helped me so much! 1. Baker Marriage
    2. Kyanne
    3. Hi, I am trying to locate my Grandmothers twin sister that moved to Commerce, Hunt County, Texas sometime between 1900 and 1910. Her name is Florence Baker, Born: Aug 15 1889, in Columbus, Ms. She and her 3 sisters were raised in Natchez orphanage in Mississippi. Her parents were William Baker and Mary Castleberry. I am searching for a marriage record for Florence Baker, I have no married last name for her. The 1910 and 1920 Us Census says she lived with Joe B. Magee/Mcgee and Wife Lucy C. in Commerce, Texas, but have been unable to locate any of them after 1920. In both census she is listed as "niece" to the head of Household. I think she must have married between 1920 - 1930. She was a stenographer for the Railroad, and family says she married her boss, but no one knows his name. If anyone knows anything about the Magee/Mcgee family or Florence Baker, I would very much appreciate hearing from you. Sincerly, Kyanne __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! 1. Jim H. Brown
    2. Peggy C. Wilson
    3. Would it be possible to receive this obit? I'm trying to prove Jim H. Brown (James Hillyard Brown) is a brother to Thomas Robert Brown, that he is the James H. Brown listed in 1880 census with John R. Brown and wife Susan (Winton). This headline indicates James Hillyard Brown might not be his brother but a cousin or other kin instead. The date of death is the date of death for James Hillyard Brown as per cemetery record. BROWN, T.R., FRIEND/RELATIVE OF GREENVILLE MORNING HERALD, SAT, 28 SEP 1940, : 8 JIM H. 3. Jackie, Yes, I'm really trying to locate any information on the Hamor line. I have looked at the local lib and found no obit for him or her. He died in SS 1970; she died in hospital in FW 1955. I have received info of their being on 1910 Fannin County Census with four of their eight children. I'm going to check there. I knew they moved around quite a lot but was not sure of all places. I'll let you know what I find there. Thanks Nita
