I am research the Smart family located in Hood Cty (Acton). My husband's ggrandmother was Mary Ellen Smart. B 6-30-1856. Believe her father to have been George Smart and mother to be Clarinda. Think she had 5 siblings. Mary Ellen married Samuel Benjamin Fedric on 9-4-1873 at Granbury, Tx. and then moved to Sherman Cty in the following years.
