Hi Cheryl I am not sure how to do this but it was done to get my sisters #. Go to the maps such as for travel. Put in his name and address then ask for the neighborhood around him. Somehow you can get an address and name and phone # of a neighbor. After they are found call them and tell them who you are and that you are looking for him and ask if they have his #. If this is illegal I would not know as I said it was done to my sister.
