Earlier this week while spending a day at the genealogy library here in Houston, I came across a very informative book about Hill County. "A History of Hill County Texas 1853-1980. Last year I listed the Old Woodbury Cemetery, and later had many inquires about people buried there. It seems most of the quires were people listed in the book. It is broken down by communities, and a lot of the people buried at Old Woodbury are mentioned in the section dedicated to the Woodbury community. Included is a picture of some Lewellen and Swindoll ladies in what appears to be turn of the century attire. I point this out because of one quire I had about those ladies. If you are interested in Hill Co. genealogy and history this is a very good source. Butch Cockerham
