I got it from the funeral home in Itasca, so maybe they would have it again. The name is John P Wilkinson, and I think there may be other Wilkinsons in the same plot. I found the following tombstones for the name Wilkinson in the Itasca cemetery. This index was done in 1986, so there may be additional ones by now. I do not have block and lot number. However, they are located in the C. section. I think I have a map. I can make a copy of it and send to Diana. It may or may not help. Here is what I found: Charles W. Wilkinson, Jan. 5, 1900 Mar 11, 1957 Ed Wilkinson Jan 20, 1858 May 20, 1921 Ada M. Wilkinson April 18, 1868 Oct. 24,1950 Genevieve Wilkinson April 9, 1894 June 10, 1923 In another block not far from this one, I don't think I found the following names. John P. Wilkinson Co 1 (I wonder if this isn't an I) Wood's Conded Cav. No. dates of birth and death Fannie A. Wilkinson Feb. 1, 1848 Apr. 23, 1933 In same lot: J. G. Garrett Jan. 31, 1880 Nov. 27, 1941 P.
