You mentioned that your Dad graduated in 1947. I have two cousins that were living in Hillsboro in about 1943. I don't know what happened to them after that time. Maybe, if I am lucky, your Dad might have accidentally known them. Could you ask him? They would have been in their late 60s or early 70s. Their names were Dan BRYAN (BRYANT) and Josephine BRYAN (BRYANT). They were brother and sister. From what I have heard, they never married. Their parents were James R. and Martha (NORWOOD) BRYAN (BRYANT). And it is possible that since they were children from a second marriage and parents were a little older that they were the ones that ended up taking care of them and then the world had passed them by. Like I said, this is a VERY LONG SHOT, but worth a try. Thanks for your help and Happy Thanksgiving.     3. The Reporter is the newspaper that serves the Hillsboro, Hill Co, TX area. It's a nice little newspaper. It says it is the "Only newspaper serving Hill county, West, Milford and Lake Whitney areas." Although 'The West News' is still published. Published semi-weekly on Mondays and Thursdays by Hillsboro Reporter Inc. 335 Country Club Rd Hillsboro, TX 76645 $30 per year in Hillsboro and Hill Co Towns, Bosque Co, West and Milford. $45 per year elsewhere 8 am to 5 pm Mon - Fri Phone 254-582-3431
