Does any one have any info on this Carroll Pruitt or James Carroll Pruitt??? I strongly believe they came from Georgia (Elbert Co? Macon Co? Dougherty Co?) to Texas - some family members say they think "Carroll Pruitt" came from England and married a Native American (Running Water? Rainwater?) but I have no verification on this as I have just sent for the CSA pension applications on his service. If you have any info on these Pruitt's, I would be most grateful!!!
