My Nunnelee's went from Georgia to Alabama to Texas....... My great-g/father Eugene L. GG-g/m Annie may have been Annie Caroline? Cornelia may have married Philip BURT and lived Hill Co,Texas in 1870? James may have died in Lindale, Wood Co, Texas? (don't know, just guessing at possible finds...). G-g/father "E.L."'s middle name may be "LaVoissier" or "Lavarsha" or "LaFayette" - he went by Lavarsha and/or E.L. He was a school teacher. He told his children that their Nunnelee had a "De" or a "Di" in front of it long ago --- has your Nunnelee, etc line ever heard that? He 1m Hadie [Griffin] 2m Cora Ellizan [Anderson]. His children were:Walter Eugene; Robert Griffin; Hadie Alice; Eddie Leighton; Annie Caroline; William "Nep" Ray; Lera Bess; Richard; Pearl; Otis Lee; Cora "Corine" Delana. Only the given names William and Cora are in any of my other lines - are any of these given names in your Nunnelee, etc ancestry? 22 years and I'm still at a dead end! Kathye Upham [email protected]
