Hi Barb, I would report your findings to the Photo page, or maybe they have a help page? and the answer has already been addressed and answered? I had same problem with the Hill Pages and it was IE users having problems and the web pages where aware of it and were working on the problem, so maybe same problem with photo pages only with some Netscape users.
