Dear Karen, Are you related to Scott Cotton? I think he must have grown up in Hubbard. He evidentially was a close friend of my aunt, Neely Walton Rambo who lived in San Angelo most of her adult life. I have a letter he wrote her. From the letter I gathered they were friends from way back.
