Could someone look up a grave site or record for William McKinney, born 1815 and died in the summer of 1868? His widow, Elizabeth McKinney and her children are in Hill Co by the Fall of 1868. She was buying land in her name and also the first son William H McKinney bought land that year. We think Elizabeth died by September, 1885 and do not know where she is buried. We assume she died in Hill Co. Two of their children, Nancy Caroline McKinney born 1845, and Joseph McKinney, born 1850, were with them on the 1860 census for Lincoln Co.,TN. They are not listed with Elizabeth in 1870 on the Hill Co., census. I would love to know what happened to the children and also to know where William and Elizabeth are buried.
