Allen was the brother of my great-grandmother Matilda Allen. My great-grandfather (Matilda's husband) was John Fletcher Bennett. I don't know how/if John F. Bennett was related to Abb Bennett. I have a note that Abb Bennett and Alexandria were married in Leake Co., MS and moved to TX about 1888. I'm sorry I didn't document my source. Betty McKinney
