I looked up a woman in the 1900 Hill Co. census and found only her name was listed. For birthplace, NS appears. Parents birthplace has UN. All other info is blank. There is an additional person (male) in the household who does not seem to be the head and again no info is given for him except NS for birthplace and UN for parents birthplace. Would this indicate the indviduals refused to give information? I'd appreciate hearing ideas on this entry.
