WHITNEY MESSENGER SATURDAY, MARCH 16, 1895 At her home seven miles southeast of Whitney, on what is known as the old Puckett place, Sunday morning last, Mrs. Fed Worley died after a short complication of la grippe and pneumonia. She was taken sick on Tuesday morning a last week and died in five days. Her remains were deposited in the Degraffenried cemetery Monday. She leaves one little daughter to survive her. By her friends and neighbors Mrs. Worley was accredited as being a most excellent woman in every respect, and her untimely demise has caused unusual sorrow.
