Jenny, I am awake now, and here is what I promised. Logan W. Qualls born Sept 10, 1847 died June 25,1898 Jenny ,I divided the cemetery into fourth's across the front. It was divided by physical area and I have Logans grave as Sect 2, Row 11. Letter A. That would put him about half way back in the left center of the cemetery. Cathy, I didn't find Eunice or the others you mentioned at "find a grave". Maybe I misunderstood and you are in the process of putting them on that site. Sure would like to have the info from those stone inscriptions. Not to mention seeing the pics. You're doing a great job on the cemeteries. I am only one among many so grateful for your efforts. Type in Eunice Qualls and put in Texas in the drop down box. I was wrong it was a daughter Lola Quincy Qualls and not a son and she married a John Webb Stollenwerck Sr. You can also just type in the last name and the state and it will bring up all those in Texas. My gr grandparents, Sully Reeves BENTON and Bettie Jones NUNN were married in Hill Co in 1873. Her father was Williams M NUNN. William M NUNN was guardian to his neices, and one of them, Junia Pryor NUNN married Robert Henry QUALLS in Hill Co in 1872. I have no information on his ancestors but I was told that he was from TN. The NUNN family had come from Williamson Co TN about 1852 or so. Sully Reeves BENTON's mother was Mary Matilda Reeves BENTON CLIMER. He had a brother George BENTON who was a physician in Hill Co until his death about 1908. If anyone has more information on George BENTON I would love to exchange info. Ellen in Tucson

Jenny, I did the Old Woodbury Cemetery back in September of 2002. There was a Qualls buried there. I haven't gotten the entire cemetery ready to go on line yet but will do a look up for you and let you know what the headstone said. I have just walked in the house from working all night, and it will be this afternoon before I get it to you if that is alright with you. He married EUNICE, last name unknown at this time. On the 1880 census, Eunice is 19 and they have 1 daughter. The name looks like Lola. Logan died of an accidental gunshot wound on June 24, 1898. The article describing the incident list his daughter as "Miss Quincy", so I'm a bit confused. Guess Lola could have been a nickname or middle name.
