I uploaded the Berryhill family research of the late Thelma Nolen Cornfeld to ftp://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/ok/nations/creek/history/berryhill/ Some of the descendants of John Berryhill and his wife Elizabeth Derrisaw lived in Limestone/Hill counties for many years, namely, Benjamin Posey and family and Silas Harrison Barber and family, etc. There is over 1 MB of research, many documents, etc. They were mixed blood Creeks and most left for the Creek Nation (OK) in the 1890s. I received the Railroad Rangers file on Homer Bishop from the Archives at State Library. Don't think it is my Grandfather Andrew Bishops brother but I will track it down anyway. The file includes birth info and physical description. Color of eyes, hair, height, age, residence, occupation, married or single. But no name of parents or wife. Will be glad to share with anyone who might make a connection. It is another resource to check out.
