Strange Funeral services for Mrs. Mae B. Strange, 54, of Athens, will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the Carroll and Lehr Memory Chapel with Rev. Charles Wigley officiating. Interment will be in Payne Springs Cemetery. Mrs. Strange died Sunday in Henderson County Memorial Hospital. Born May 25, 1925 in LaRue, Mrs. Strange had lived the last 15 years in Athens coming from Terrell. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church. Survivors include five sons, Bobby Joe Strange of LaRue, Garland Wayne Strange of Terrell; Donald Ray Strange, Gary Lee Strange and Derrell Gene Strange, all of Athens; two daughters, Mrs. Betty Lou Rhea of Tyler and Mrs. Claudia Ann Ezernack of Athens; four brothers, S. D. Pack of Kerens, L. D. Pack of Houston, James Pack of Trinidad; and Luther Pack of Hillsboro; three sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Strange of Athens, Mrs. Ora Rash of Centerville and Mrs. Ola Davis of Houston; and 10 grandchildren.
