He married Martha R. "Mattie" Parker, daughter of John Floyd Parker & Elizabeth J. Wade. Mattie was born 17 Nov 1870 in Talbot County GA and died 26 Jul 1945 in Tyler, Smith County Texas. They had several children. I only have information on one named John Floyd Bell born 12 Sep 1898 in Athens, and died 17 Oct 1937 in Athens, Henderson County Texas. John Floyd married Era.
