If you care to share with me. Mine came from North Carolina, to Il. to Texas. 1830-1840-1850- Timespan. There was a James C.McManus in Kaufman County, Thomas Parrish Mc Manus and J. Y. Mc Manus in Henderson Co. Tx. I do have some info on all of 3 of these families. The Thomas Parrish Mc Manus is my line. Oh Yes, there is also Joab Mc Manus who is quite active and prominent in eary 1850-s Henderson County history. Some of the above families moved to Navarro County,, If you wish to tell me how you fit will check all my records. Thanks for your reply, always glad to hear from another Mc Manus researcher.
