Dow, Jr. Program: "My LILES Who Fell Through the CRACKS" Our guest speaker, William Dow, will be using a case study of researching an ancestor through two name changes from Illinois back to England. He will describe techniques to locate the elusive ancestor. William B. Dow, Jr. is a computer systems consultant and has been in the computer and information technology field for over thirty (30) years. He recently "retired" in order to take up a previous career as a professional photographer now specializing in digital photography and digital photo restoration. Mr. Dow has used these skills along with six years of law enforcement experience to combine computers and other high-tech equipment with investigative techniques and record keeping.
