I am looking for some information and I hope someone will be able to help me with. My ggg grandfather Rev. Robert Richardson Morrow organized several Baptist churchs in Anderson Co. ( the Judson Baptist Church and the Pisgah Baptist Chruch) he also organized the First Church of Athens in 1858. I do not know if it was the first church, the first Baptist Church are if that was the name of it. My info says he served as pastor of the Old Nickle Church on Avenue A. What I am trying to find is the First Church and the Old Nickle Church two different churches if so where was the First Church located and are there any pictures of eather of these churches.
