License was issued June 14, 1879 by J.B. Bishop, Clerk of the Court. Ceremony was performed on June 16, 1879 by B.F. McCristion, JP I found two entries for Eliza. Volume 3, Page 362 has Miss Eliza PHILLIPS to A. L. LAWSON License issued Jan 27, 1887 by W.T. Eustace, Clerk Ceremony performed Feb 6, 1887 by J.C.Warren, Justice of the Peace, Prec. No. 3. Other entry was for Eliza Ann Volume 5, Page 346 has Eliza Ann PHILLIPS to Albert BOWMAN License issued Jan 25, 1901 by W. T. Carroll, Clerk Ceremony performed Jan 17, 1901 by M.T. Vera HENRY. Vera was a beautiful and pleasant young girl; a member of the freshman class; and one whom we all regret very muchly to have been taken so suddenly away. Nadine was a sweet and most pleasant young girl, having many friends in the various classes. Our deepest sympathy goes out to the bereaved father and mother, and to other dear ones, and when in your grief you think of themany friends which she had --and example of one's life--may it serve you as a pleasant reminder of your daughter and loved one. May consolation come to you by the thoughts that some day you will once more be united in the great beyond where the death angel comes not and where you will forever be together. The date of Nadine's death prevented us having an individual picture engraved for the Athenian; but as we glance back through the familiar faces of our school, there we see the beautiful face of Nadine, and we repeat in our hearts, "gone, but not forgotten."

Shultz marrried a Sarah Crockett on 04-04-1872 in Henderson County. I know this is a long shot but could you see if there is any thing on either one of them. I had a gggreat Aunt by the name of Sarah Crockett who was born 1854/56?. She was in Jasper co, tx in 1870 but disappeared after that and no one knows what happened to her. My gggrandfather her brother Leonard Crockett was born in 1852. I have found descendants of 2 siblings of Sarahs to exclude my gggrandfather and their is a total of 6 natural siblings and 6 half brothers. 11 boys and 2 girls. I would appreciate any info at all.
