    2. Frank and Betty Hollowell just reupdated the cemetery books for Henderson County and they have a wonderful map to each cemetery with each burial located within the cemetery.     3. Bill Randolph, who was a Girdmer descendant, put a book about that family in the Palestine Public Library. He told me some of his ancestors were buried in the County Line Cemetery, located in Anderson County, in an unmarked grave, by the big Black Gum tree. And some of them are buried in the Modoc Cemetery in Henderson County. And some are buried in the Carroll Springs Cemetery, in Henderson County. Maybe some one can help you. Vaughn Program: "Courthouse Research: There's a Lot More There than Marriage Licenses and Wills" Mr. Vaughn will be focusing on transactional type documents such as deeds, and other recorded items, and will give a short discussion of litigation records. The program will not cover birth, death or probate records. Michael J. Vaughn is a retired attorney who specialized in real estate transactions and commercial law matters. He has taught various commercial law courses. Mr. Vaughn holds membership in many genealogical groups including Sons of Confederate Veterans, Society of Descendants of the Colonial Clergy, Jamestowne Society, Descendants of Washington's Army at Valley Forge and ETGS. Some of the books Mr. Vaughn has authored are The History of Cayuga and Cross Roads, Texas; Early Records of Judson Baptist Church, Cayuga, Texas; The Family and Pedigree and William Jefferson Wright; and Cream Peas - Already Shelled: Traditional Cooking of East Texas the Rural South. After the program, refreshments will be served. They had one daughter and one son. Her husband died about 1882. Beth then married a man by the last name of Mallard. Beth was born in 1845. I am also told that she was a mid-wife.
