I am attempting to locate info on Joseph Fredrick RUGGLES, who was born 12 Mar 1860, in Franklin Furnace, OH, and migrated to TX. He was married to Irene Vashti JONES, in Harleton, Harrison Co., TX. He died 29 Mar 1938, in Harleton, Harrison Co., TX. On the death certificate, his father was listed as Joseph RUGGLES, who was born in Germany and his mother was listed as unknown.
