Hi all If you are looking for a Conf. pension in Louisiana, the index to them is also online in the LaGenWeb Archives. The url for that is <http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/la/lafiles.htm> The link for the Conf. Pension is at the bottom of the table so you have to pass all the parishes before you get there. You can submit a request for a copy from the State Archives in Baton Rouge. Instructions are on the page. Hope this helps some of you.
