TXGenWeb site at http://www.rootsweb.com/~txharris/harrison.htm I did away with the background, which - hopefully - will make the text easier to read, and I've moved some of the links around. I really hope the site will be easier to navigate for you, but I'm always open to suggestions. I've added 4 more GenConnect Message Boards - Deeds, Pensions, Wills, and Bible Records. Please follow the instructions and let me know if you have any problems. If you're planning to come to Marshall to do some research, you should know that the courthouse museum is undergoing a major roof renovation, which is scheduled to be completed by the end of November 1999, in time for Wonderland of Lights. All the exhibits have been moved to an off-site location, for safekeeping, but the Research Library will remain open, Tuesday thru Saturday, 10-5. It may be necessary to move the library materials at some point, and I'll let you know when that happens. Meanwhile, let me know - or write the museum at museum@shreve.net - if you're coming, so you won't have any unhappy surprises when you get here. If you'll be in the neighborhood April 10, there will be a Genealogical Seminar in Jefferson that day - it's put on by Everton's and should be very good. Details are on the web site. Gail
