H. Cook)was born March 28, 1881 in Marshall, Harrison County, Texas. He died March 17, 1966 in Marshall, TX. He was mayor of Marshall, Texas in the early 1900s. His first wife was named "Amelia"--who he later divorced. He married a second time to my grandmother, ANNA FRANCES MEHNER on October 6, 1921 in Dallas Texas. I have never been able to find information about my grandfather's first wife -- her full name; where they marrie, if they had a child, and/or where they divorced.
