Bobbie Ross, former CC of Coryell and Hamilton counties passed away Friday. Services will be held on Monday, October 15 in Gatesville. Bobbie resigned from her CC duties due to her health, but did not indicate how serious her illness was. She will be missed. Shirley From the Waco Tribune: Mrs. Bobbie Jean Ross, 71, of Gatesville, passed away Friday, Oct. 12, 2007, at her residence. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 15, at the Gatesville Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Turnersville Cemetery. There is no set time for visitation. Mrs. Ross is survived by husband, James Ross of Gatesville; daughters, Linda Hughes and husband, John of Cove, Ark., Carol Lange and husband, LeRoy of Carlsbad, Texas, and Jeanne Hoke of Whitney; son, Bruce Moore of Laguna Park; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
