Hi Everyone, A few weeks back there was some discussion about patron donated material for the county websites and what should happen to those records in the event a CC leaves the project. A suggestion was made that a new rule should be made to address that issue. The proposed new rule would state that all patron donated material would be transferred to the new coordinator or the TXGenWeb. It would also state that information on an existing county website should not be removed by a new coordinator.
