Tx Queries Reply Here: http://genconnect.rootsweb.com/genbbs.cgi/USA/Tx/Guadalupe/10237 Surname: John Hector, Mary Duncan, Alexander Hector, Elizabeth Sangster ------------------------- Dear Carol according to my family tree John Hector[b.1757-1831]married Mary Duncan [b.?-1844] in St. Nicholas Church Aberdeen on13-1-1787.The'added' notes suggest James'registration at St. Nicholas was on 20-9-1788 ,it also says he married a Charlotte Theresa Mathieson on 25-5-1811 and she died in Seguin, Gaudelope county Texas. There are a number of Hectors buried in the Churchyard of Saint Machar in Aberdeen.If I can help you any further please contact me; as I am keen to find out more on the Hectors of Aberdeen myself!
