Does anyone have any information on the Don A.T. Woods who is enumerated on the 1870 and 1880 Guadalupe County TX Censuses. LDS has an entry of a Don Alfonso Thomas Woods who married a Mary Ann Lillard in Harrodsburg, Mercer County, KY on 1 August 1850. This had to be the same individual because Mary Ann died in Guadalupe County TX on 17 March 1872. Mary Ann was born on 15 Fed 1832 in Mercer County KY. "Don Alfonso" was supposedly born around 1830. LDS indicates his birth place as "of KY," so I suppose he really could have been born anywhere. Still, with a name like "Don Alfonso Thomas" one would think he should be reasonably easy to identify.
