Peggy, This is Ron, I'm glad you are making progress (though it doesn't feel like it to you I'm certain). OK, here are two suggestions. BY REGISTERED MAIL, RETURN RECEIPT & SIGNATURE REQUESTED. 1. Write the County Judge of Guadalupe County and include COPIES of the entire documentation collection. Show the facts. Request that a POSSIBLE crime may have been committed here and you want the facts. 2. Write the County and District Attorney of Guadalupe Co. (could be the same person) and do the same as above. 3. Write your Federal Representative and include the above. Find and include the Texas State Rep. for Guadalupe Co. contact information with this packet. 4. Find the Texas Representative that has Guadalupe Co. (I don't know myself I don't live there but it could be Rep. Green) and do likewise. 5. A copy of the same packet to the Yo-yo at UTMB PLUS the Legal Dept.; heads of appropriate depts. Pres. of the joint, Head Idiot over Over Idiots. 6. Make a Reg. Letter etc... to the State Board of Health of Texas and make a demand for an investigation. At the bottom of each of the identical packets put this CC: List each of the above folks on a separate line. Then at the bottom of that put BC: (this means blind copy and it makes them wonder who the hell you could send this to that you didn't want them to know about) If I come up with any more I'll email you. I helped write some law in Texas and I worked in Austin for a couple of years to get them passed. The system is geared to a squeaky wheel.
