Children: John Franklin ABEL b. 1873 Dallas Co TX, m. 19 Apr 1891 McKinney, Grayson Co TX to Maggie E. Streetman, Annie E. ABEL b. 1876 TXm. 10 May 1891Nat F Streetman,resided Iola TX til ca 1896, Ella Jane ABEL b. 1879 Collin Co TX, m. 1891 Jim BIRCH, d. 1898 Mesa, Grimes Co TX., and Willie Lee ABEL b. 7 May 1882 Collin Co TX, m. Hugh BYRNE 31 Dec 1897 Mesa, Grimes Co TX, resided Mesa/Iola TX at least til 1921. John Madison married Drucilla McWhorter ca 1884 Grayson Co TX, no children.
