I love it, too. I found a McAlpine listed, and a Perry married a member of this family, early on. He was the tutor hired for the A. G. Perry children and the children of Ducalion Perry, deceased. He was hired by Judge A. G. Perry, my great, great uncle, and brother of Ducalion A. Perry of Washington Co. His wife was Harriet Grimes, daughter of Jesse. I know that many of the descendants of Ducalion lived in Grimes Co., including Gardner Perry and others. Is there anyone left of the Perrys? I know that most of them left, but my sweet cousins, Lands, still live out near Piedmont. We are also related to Allens and Fuquas, among others.
