Curtis moved to Grimes county Texas from Pike Cty Alabama around 1865. Curtis was born in Pike cty in 1836 and married to Amanda Arrant and had at least two children, Daniel born 1869 and Mary born 1852. He married for a second time to Cynthia Paul while in Texas. Would like to reach any descendants of this family. I have additional data on Curtis's grandfather born in 1763 in Columbus cty NC.
