He was a soldier in the Texas Revolutionary War and is buried in the Black cemetery near Anderson, Grimes County, Texas. The Handbook of Texas gives his year of death as 1855, but document in my possesssion indicates his will was probated in 1851. Any help, comments will be appreciated.
