$100 might seem pricey for a book - I have the Walker County book and it is so well used that it is falling apart! People are waiting in line to buy a used one. It is a HUGE book and I do lookups for others - it is a treasure indeed! If the Grimes County book is anything like it - it's worth it at any price.
