I'm not sure if Bryan Texas is in Grimes County, but I'm going to take a chance..My great grandfather John Beck married Jeanetta Weeks, and they lived in Bryan, Texas...and I'm just hoping that possibly someone might have a record of them being buried in one of the cemeterys, in Grimes County... close to Bryan....I believe that he probably died in the 50's or maybe 60's..They had a daughter , my grandmother named Jenny Gertrude Beck who married William Herman Easterling...The Becks also had childern named Elbert Beck, Walter Beck, Etta Beck, and my grandma's twin sister who died when she was only 5 years old and her name was Winnie Beck...Jeanetta Weeks My great grandmother died when she was 35 years old....My Easterling Great grandparents are buried at Sardis Baptist Church near Jewett...I believe Jewett is in Leon county...If anyone has the records of cemetery for Sardis, I think a lot of my Easterling family is there,,,.
