I don't know what information you want on Samuel Fulton, but you can find information on him in Montgomery Co., Genealogy Dept., at the library, also in a book Austin Colony Pioneers by Worth S. Ray. "The estate of Samuel FLUTON came before the Montgomery County Court in July 1838, and Thomas JAMES was appointed guardian of Samuel FULTON, one of the heirs. John CONNOR and Adam VINCENT were his bondsmen. Mary, Rebecca and Ann FULTON were other minor heirs on Sam FULTON, who came from Alexandria, Louisiana. Hugh McGuffin was appointed administrator of the estate. Elizabeth FULTON was his widow." Samuel FULTON, b. 1794 was the s/o Alexander FULTON, b. Washington, Pa. married Mary Henrietta WELLS in 1793. She was born 1778 died 23 Oct 1848 in Pineville, Rapids, La.. Alexander died in 1818 in Pineville, Rapids, La. arrived in La., around 1790. He founded the city of Alexandria, La., also a Col in the Am. Rev.. Ref: Dictionary of Louisiana Biography, Vol 1, A-M, Glen R. Conrad. Children of Samuel and Elizabeth Fulton were: Ann, Samuel, Mary, Rebecca, and Willis(female). Ann, born 1831 in Rapids, La., married 7 Feb 1848 Harvey Johnson ALLEN SR., in Montgomery Co.,Tx.. Their son Harvey J. ALLEN Jr.(b. 25 Feb 1821), married Robert Ann"Bobby"STEPHERSON in Grimes Co., Tx., on 7 Feb 1848. Robert Ann was my gr grandfather's sister. Samuel FULTON received a land grant from Stephen F. AUSTIN. I don't have a lot of information on this family, but if you can tell me what you are looking for, maybe I can help. I suggest you check your Library for the books I mentioned.
